It’s our huge unit for doing big holes like for the mulching film. It’s the strongest and the hardest structure. It’s usually installed on extrusion lines.  Is suitable for doing holes from 3mm up to 100mm. Punches are easily moved in set-up. The structure is designed and built looking for the best ratio of rigidity and vibration absorption and the pneumatic pistons increase the stability of the machines reducing the vibration on all the system. The Max material width is 4000mm. The max frequency, for the big holes (50mm-100mm) is 25 Hz with a single bridge and 50 Hz with a double-sided bridge. In case of small holes the frequency is the same as per MOD. SM-OV – SM-OV2. The max speed for big holes is 150 meters per minute Is possible to do round, butterfly and or shaped holes. It’s equipped with encoder to syncronize the unit with the hosting machine and could be equipped with photocell to read the eye mark to do the hole on register.
