Punches are easily moved in set-up.The structure is designed and built looking for the best ratio of rigidity and vibration absorption and the pneumatic pistons increase the stability of the machines reducing the vibration on all the system. The Max material width is 3000mm. The max frequency is 40 Hz with a single bridge and 80 Hz for a double-sided bridge; it allows both twice the speed or holes narrower to each other in the width. The max speed is 250 meters per minute for elastic material and 150 meters per minute for rigid material like PP, coated and or paper. Is possible to do round, butterfly and or shaped holes. It’s equipped with encoder and photocell to syncronize the unit with the hosting machine and to read the eye mark to do the hole on register.
