Cross tear perforation unit for web direction tear lines in in film, foil, foam, paper and non-woven. The back-up pressure roller can be in natural fibre (brush) or rubber according to the material to be processed. Our Mod. SM-CTP can be equipped with blades or pins mounted on a shaft depending on customers’ requirements and materials. It could be installed on extruder, slitters, bag making machine, printing machines and so on. The encoder with a measuring wheel synchronizes the speed with the hosting machine and manage the distance of the cross-tear lines and there is also an epicyclical adaptor for motion transmission to the roller. The max material width is 3000mm. The min. or max distance of each cross-tear web direction lines is as per customer request.
Unità di pretaglio trasversale meccanica per effettuare pretagli trasversali. Il rullo di pressione può essere in fibra naturale (spazzola) o gomma a seconda del materiale da trattare. Il Modello SM-CTP può essere equipaggiato con lame od file di aghi montanti su un albero a seconda le specifiche esigenze del cliente e del materiale. Un encoder con ruota di misura sincronizza la velocità con la macchina ospite per gestire la distanza tra le linee di pretaglio. Può essere installato su estrusori, avvolgitori/svolgitori, taglierine, machine da stampa etc. La larghezza massima di passaggio materiale è di 3000mm.
